Sometimes it is important to " not to decide"

Welcome to my blog and I want to talk about one the biggest problem of every human being.
As we know that we are human and we have our own thinking ability to decide what is wrong and what is right. But in reality, we are spending most of our time in such activity which is even not important for us "means have no greater consequence".
To reduce this kind of mental pressure we have to decide what area of life where deep thinking is not required like making food or coffee, wearing a dress, watching television and much such activity which do not have great consequence to our life and result area.
By reducing such mental exercise we can provide more useful space to our mind that are able to produce more grater result.
