What's a good team/developer group to look into a feature that allows user to mute a topic over a user?  For instance, I may want all political/religious talk muted, but not mute an entire user (as they may discuss this once a week)?  I think this would be a feature that's better adding than muting an entire user.  I'd love to know the developers who could make that.
