Hi, friends! Last round of European Rally Championship winner Andreas Mikkelsen found Rally Islas Canarias in a bad way. He announced before the rally that he will fight for the win but now he lays only in 11th place due to the bad tire choice as we can see it from his onboard video from special stage three. It is hard to predict what kind of tires to choose before the loop of stages, especially at the end of November when it is usually raining. Mikkelsen to medium dry rally slicks and made an error. He took the whole stage in a safe mode and lost really lots of time to the rally leader Ican Ares. Tomorrow is another 100km of the special stages and he can improve his position up to top six with some luck and correct tire choice. Some of them will probably retire, as it usually be, so as they say, to finish first, first you have to finish the rally.
