Hi, friends! Current World Rally champion Kalle Rovanpera finished 2nd overall at the season opener in Monte Carlo and the mountains above the Principality. His Toyota team mate Seb Ogier won the rally but he won't contest the whole season so the Finnish youngster Rovanpera jr will have to open the road at the only snow event of calendar in Sweden. He is now an experienced driver with the WRC crown behind him so this shouldn't be a problem for him. The biggest problem of event could be a mild weather. If it would be a mild weather, it would be good for Rovanpera because he would have a frozen surface for the road opener. With every other rally car behind him, raod surface will be more and more destroyed because of the studded tyres which are homologated for WRC Rally Sweden. Kalle would have a problem if there would be some heavy snowfalls but weather forecast doesn't see it as a story.
