Socialism, no matter how you frame it, is just evil, and being an American Communist is like being a Satanist who goes to Church, trying to argue that God made Satan so you should have the right to perform satanic rituals during Christian Mass, that's the sort of thing we deal with in our college university system, so many communists.  And they have the nereve to point yo China as if they are an exampel of communisms success, when they are NOT communist but simply authoritarian industrlaists, a strange system of cleptocracy where the powerful have outright control, in the USA ot would be a chinese system if lets say the top fortune 500 company owners were all Senators and Congressmen.In china you could just say it works for them but lets be honest the Chinese want change, and there is no way for a single party to foster the ideals that allow a people to become creative o their own. Yes I quite agree. Smart phone is actually displacing the need for wearing  watches because one can always check what the time is with the help of smart phone. Unless for fashion sake, wrist watch is of no use in today's word. Thanks

right @stackin smart phone really has Change our living style.I also like wrest watch very much.

Seeing this your post made me laugh out loud because I was just telling my friend today that I have never bought a WATCH with my money before. Maybe we one time shared the same philosophy

You are right @stackin, Smart phones also killed the photo camera and TV. I watch most movies from my phone, take photos with my phones and even listen to radio and music with just my phone. Its the world we live in now.

Yes, I bought myself a watch last year, but I think as a watch as just a piece of jewellery now, not a scientific instrument to measure time. That's what a smartphone is for. Mind you, the smartphone has also killed the stand alone calculator, camera, GPS, PDA, desktop PC, phone book, Filofax, landline, satnav, iPod, the list goes on.

I mean it is almost as fast to check the time with the smartphone like with the watch.. .
But i wear a watch again now ... a running watch without the smartwatch stuff like notifications mainly to prevent high battery usage.
I have to admit it is a bit more handy this way but it is in the way sometimes too.

Here in my part of the world, people still wear them. Watches make the wearer look smart. It's like a compulsory accessory if you want to *slay*

I like that you aren't so materialistic. Truth is no matter how much you spend getting a *material*, there's always going to be one coming in the near future that will be better and more expensive.
