Yeah, I'm somewhat a biohacker so I'm always trying out new things and decided to try out some Collagen Peptides. 🙋‍♂️ 

Working out and playing sports for over 20+ years have put a great toll on my body and supplementation is a must for me.

For the average person who are not very active and sit on their asses everyday (AKA couch potato), they probably won't even need to take supplements at all... well on second thought, they might need to take 10x the amount just to reverse their unhealthy lifestyles.  🤢 🤦 

So what the hell is this shit and what are the benefits of collagen peptides? 😅 

Collagen Peptides are building blocks for your bones, teeth, muscles, skin, joints and connective tissues... in other words, they are just basically amino acids.

Who doesn't want better skin, bones, healthy joints and bigger muscles? I sure do and that is the reason why I added this to my "Crazy" diet. 

Does taking "Collagen Peptides" really work? 

I have no damn idea, it's always better to try things out rather than never doing them at all, like most average people. 🤷‍♂️
