Last week contest reviewed on knowing the opinions and critics the newbies sees in the initiative so that the initiative would be improved in the way it runs for forthcoming newbies. The initiative is coming to an end for the January batch of Newbies so, this week contest would recount on the goals they have made earlier at the beginning of the initiative. The purpose of this task is to let us get to know how far they have come.

La semana pasada concurso revisado sobre el conocimiento de las opiniones y críticos que los novatos ven en la iniciativa para que la iniciativa se mejoraría en la forma en que se ejecuta para los futuros novatos. La iniciativa está llegando a su fin para el lote de enero de novatos, por lo que, esta semana el concurso contaría los objetivos que han hecho antes al comienzo de la iniciativa. El propósito de esta tarea es hacernos saber hasta dónde han llegado.

## <center>WHAT SHOULD THE POST CONTAIN</center>

I know this would be the likely question the newbies would ask over this tasks. So what the posts should contain is. 

- Comparison of previous goals made to what you have attained, this must include your Hive Power, followers, number of comments and any other goals you may have listed at the beginning of this initiative. 

- What you have learnt along the way while in the Initiative. 

- How much of a beneficiary the initiative has been to you. 

- Why new Hiver users should join the next batch (February batch) of the Newbie Initiative. 


**NOTE:** We would appreciate leaving a broad discussion on each of these points. Please feel free to end your publication leaving some gratitude to the organisers of this initiative. 

**PRIZE:** The first two newbies in the Newbie Initiative program who follows all requirements gets an upvote worth $2 - $3 on their posts from my curation trail.

- Lo que has aprendido en el camino mientras estás en la Iniciativa. 

- Cuánto beneficiario ha sido la iniciativa para usted. 

- Por qué los nuevos usuarios de Hiver deben unirse al siguiente lote (lote de febrero) de la Iniciativa de novatos.

## Benefits:

--Newbies would be set as 3% beneficiary of my post rewards, (this means they will earn 3% of everything that I earn) so they can earn some liquid hive in their wallet and grow faster.

## Requirements:

--Set your rewards to 100% Hive Power in order to build the account and solve the issue with resource credits. I will explain how that can be done if you don´t know.

--Participating **newbies** are expected to publish everyday, at least one post a day. This is very possible to attain, that's why I would recommend joining **The 30 Days Blogging Challenge** hosted by [The Blogging Challenge Community](https://peakd.com/c/hive-163921/created) which would help to achieve the goal of daily blogging on Hive.

--Posts made by participating newbies are advised to be shared in the [SMILE DISCORD SERVER](https://discord.gg/nRm2CKp) in #newbies-posts under the **"NEWBIES INITIATIVE"** category in which newbies can engage with each other by commenting on shared posts. I will be on the look out for healthy comments and supporting them either through upvotes or tips via @peakd tipping system.

**What is HBI?**

It is an incentive fund that gives a lifetime vote to the basic income organization. The more HBI you have, the better the vote. You can't buy them for yourself, the only way to get them is to receive them from others or buy them for others. When you buy them, you get the same amount in return. It's like paying in advance.

**¿Qué es HBI?**

Es un fondo de incentivos que da un voto de por vida de la organización de ingresos básicos. Cuanto más HBI tengas, mejor será el voto. No se puede comprar para uno mismo, la única manera de obtenerlos es recibiéndolos de otros o comprándolos para otros. Cuando los compras, obtienes la misma cantidad a cambio. Algo así como pagarlo por adelantado.
