WHAT IS WEALTH WITHOUT HEALTH?

In the past week and a few days, I had not been well. I had been laying sick struggling with breathing and eating, most especially with fever. Now that I am better, I kept asking myself; What is Wealth without Health? Does it matter if you have all the money in the world and your health is at risk? Why do we have the money? isn't it to take care of ourselves but now reason those who may not have the money, we have a different scenario.

### <center>HEALTH IS WEALTH </center>

This is a popular term that is used most of the time and it is true. We need to take care of our body, and our health if at all we want to make use of what we have left in the world. We need to give ourselves enough rest and also not hesitate in spending our money when it comes to health-related matters. 

When I was younger, I didn't really understand this context because I knew to put my health on the line to keep my savings. Don't mind me, I was little then and didn't have much sense. Let's just say that I was an economist, and a little stingy to myself. If I had a goal in my savings I always wanted nothing to hold me back from achieving it but as they say, we understand life better the older we grow, we get to see our mistakes and learn from them.

Now ask yourself, how well are you taking care of yourself? Nothing is too expensive to keep you healthy, most especially, to make you look good.

Issues concerning our health should be given top importance because if we jeopardize it, we will be unable to perform as we should, and other aspects of our lives will be hampered as a result.

Most of us are aware of these issues, but we fail to put them into practice. For example, instead of eating more vegetables, many of us prefer to eat junk food, which can harm our health in the long run.

On the flipside, one might want to reason - what is health without wealth? Sounds counter-reasonable, but lack of wealth in severe forms (poverty) can also be devastating, to the point of even making some think that life is worthless.

Health and Wealth are always best together. Even if you don't have all the wealth or all the health, it's always feels better to have a significant value of both.

I completely agree! Health is wealth. Just today, I saw a man on a motorcycle...with a sac of ?rice, struggling so hard to keep his balance on the highway! I kept thinking how devastating it would be if there was an accident.

The risks we take when we are feeling healthy are often times not worth it! Like is fickle, and it sucks to be sick!

Nothing is too expensive to ensure health. We have only one life to live.

I'm a very big victim of this. I don't take my health seriously but once I fall sick, I want to do everything in my power to bring back my health.

For some reasons, I just like starving myself and it really makes me feel uneasy sometimes but I still do it. I just hope I change soon before I kill myself by myself.

I have told a lot of people that health is wealth a lot of times. 

You wouldn't need to dip into your savings when you are sick because you should have taken care of yourself in order not to fall sick. 

Both of us know you drink lots of carbonated drinks but what I don't know is if you drink as much water as you drink those drinks. 

I don't know if you exercise as much as you play your guitar. I don't know if you eat good and balanced food as much as you buy those expensive gadgets...

Talking about water, I don't know how much water I have drank but I haven't been taking soft drinks since I have been ill.

We take health for granted sometimes, it's good you brought this up. As for most persons, they only wait till when it's looking like a life or death situation before taking actions to protect their health. 

As much as health remains wealth, prevention remains paramount towards achieving good health. Never skimp on preventive lifestyles. It saves a lot.
