I was invited, by the kid that works at the convenience store down the street from where I live, to go see his band play.  I told him that I would show up and I did.  I noticed that another band was playing that had a familiar sounding name.  I looked up the name to see if I knew anyone that plays in the band and couldn't find a list of members.  After the first band, with the kid from the convenience store, was done playing, I saw a familiar face.  It ended up being who I thought it was, an old friend who was on tour with his band.  Long story short I had no idea that by going to the show I'd end up getting to watch and catch up with someone from my home town, who lives 12 hours away and whom I hadn't seen in over ten years.  It follows that it's good to go where the wind takes you, you never know...
