# <center>Introducing STEEM with eBay</center>

This is an account creation service that allows people to create a 90-day trial period STEEM account using ebay and pay with PayPal. At the end of the 90-day trial period, the user can choose to take full ownership of the account.

# <center>Why am I providing this service?</center>
The purpose is specifically for STEEM onboarding to grow STEEM network. I will create a 90-day temporary account for ebay users with the STEEM account name of their choice. I want to provide a fast and affordable option for new users that won’t require cryptocurrency payment or long waiting period. The cost is intended to balance affordability against those who want to abuse the purchased delegation. 

# <center>The reason for a trial period:</center>
It was shocking to me how many people have lost their master key or use their master for logging into STEEM. The Master Key is **THE** most important key to keep safe and yet most new users don’t understand or assume the master key is the only key. This is completely different concept than anything out there and people are understandably not familiar using multiple passwords. This to me is a problem for new users until they get familiar with using the proper keys (Posting and Active Keys ONLY).  My system requires the user to utilize the posting key and active key instead of the master key. It also provides a backup service for new key creation in the event keys are lost or stolen. The key recovery is only available during the 90-day trial period. After the 90-day trial period, the user has the option to take full ownership of the account by purchasing the master key for a small fee. The user will then use the “Change Password” option to replace their master key with a new key and take full ownership of the account.  

# <center>Who is this service is for? </center>
This service is for people that want a fast and affordable account creation for the purpose of trying out STEEM with the option of taking ownership. This is intended to allow users to experience STEEM social media, practice earning, and provide a learning opportunity. Any earned STEEM/SP/SBD will remain with the account if the user decides to take ownership.

# <center>Who this service is NOT for? </center>
This service is not intended for those who want to use the account as a storage of STEEM currency. I recommend another account creation service; however, I may consider providing full ownership account creation option in the future with a disclaimer that the accounts are not recoverable. 

# <center>Why the 90-day period?</center>
This is related to the duration of the 90-day delegation. The delegation that I purchase for the accounts lasts 90 days from the moment I purchase it.  

# <center>What is the cost?</center>
The goal is to make the accounts as affordable as possible to aid in STEEM onboarding. The factors that affect cost are purchase price of 90-day delegation, price of STEEM, eBay transaction costs, offsetting abuse, and RC availability for new account creation. Therefore, the cost is variable but intended to be low as possible to support new user onboarding. The cost will change over time, so follow the link to see the current cost and options.

### Account Creation Name Rules: 
 
1) All characters must be lower case.
2) The first character must be a-z.
3) '-' (hyphen), "."(period), and 0-9 (numbers) are allowed if they are NOT the first character. 
4) Double hyphen (--), double period(..) or combination of hyphen and period (.-) are not allowed.
5) After a period, the next character must follow rule 1 and 2 and the string of characters after a period must be a minimum of 3 characters. 
6) Minimum/Maximum characters are 3-16

I think this makes the process more confusing. Why? First off, new user's don't need crypto to start a new account and 2nd, you create more actions to to the account creation process, which is not helpful.

The only person this will benefit is you...

I appreciate the concern and doubt in your comment. 

I recommend and welcome that you provide a better service. This would create competition and improve options for new users. If you can do it better or cheaper, then by all means please do so. More options would help our community immensely.  I am not in this to benefit myself. I promise you that I have plenty of money and don't need to profit on this service. In fact, this effort would be a complete waste of my time if I were in it for money. The motivation is to give new users options to improve STEEM onboarding. 

There is another service that allows credit card payments. They started out charging $45 and I believe they are now charging $20. I think this is a complete rip-off which is one of the reasons to provide this service. More cheaper options will drive price down and improve STEEM onboarding. 

If you have $2.00 to burn, then try my service to review it instead of discounting it immediately.
