## Contests, Giveaways and Raffles!

It’s mid-summer here in the US and the heat wave broke today - at least where I live. The rain is gently falling outside making it a cozy stay inside and read kind of day. What am I reading? SBI contests of course! 

Whatever the weather where you are, give these contests a go and grow your Steem account. It’s the beginning of the week so don’t wait. Get it done before the week’s events distract you.

The folks over at @freewritehouse run three contests each week. All of them are designed to encourage community engagement and highlight other's work. ## How to get on the recurring contest list

Do you run a regular contest that you’d like to see in our recurring contest section? We have some simple criteria you need to have to be included:

-   SBI units must be part of the prizes given out.
-   Contest needs to be running 5 weeks or 10 contests on a consistent schedule, whichever comes first.
-   Meet Contest King’s no upvote, no resteem, and no follow conditions.
