I don't understand, why i have to give **ALL** of my _Steem_ or _Steem Dollars_, if i have less than **0.1**00 of them.
Please fix, that i can also Enter **0.001** and **don't** have to enter at least **0.1**00.

Please, I don't want to risk like this
