In a way yes. I would perhaps not call it an opinion, but I do not believe anything is impossible and there is no evidence which can prove something is not possible for evidence we draw from looking to past experience, and what is possible we draw by looking to the future with hope of new experiences which has not been experienced before. So past evidence is not relevant to future experience, in fact the scientific and technological advances we have made is evidence that with more truth and learning we can accomplish new things which has not been done before. And since we do not know of any reason that any truth should be impossible, we can also not know anything to be impossible.

But that said, something IS impossible to someone who has a strong enough opinion about it not to try and make a self-fulfilling prophesy. In that way you might say that both the person who believe everything is possible and something is impossible is right. For the person who believes something is possible increase their chance of making it possible, while the person who believes something is impossible makes it impossible for them, even if it is possible for others.

So yes you could say impossible is an opinion, but a opinion which can become reality, just like the opinion that everything is possible.

If it were simply an opinion it would be impossible for it to be simply impossible, and that could not be simply an opinion or it would be simply an opinion that it were simply impossible and simply an opinion that it were simply impossible so it would be simply impossible for it to be simply an opinion and since being simply an opinion was simply impossible and so not simply impossible it would oh jesus look it is just bollocks alright it is possible to say in language but it doesn't actually refer to any coherent state of affairs so it is not just impossible but meaningless.

It depends, some things are meant to be impossible, like for instance you cannot change someone else - it is also impossible to control situations that you and I cannot influence. But there are situations where impossible is just an opinion, i.e, if you have a goal in life that you want to reach and you believe that it is possible; someone else tells you that it is not, then it is their opinion. But you can decide to be beholden to someone else’s limiting point of view or you can do the believing.
