Humans too is just like the Musk dear, and Happiness like the 'Musk' . Humans keep searching for the happiness, but they forget that the actual Happiness lies around them. Every single person on this earth is running after something in search of happiness. A long dwell and still no one get the perfect answer.  People always see happiness on others and outside things. And rightly so, as Happiness is always linked to the external element.

 

Thanks to @eco-alex and @ecotrain for putting my thought on the beautiful yet complex subject. Before proceeding further to explore every possibilities of Happiness, let first try to make some insight that is affecting Happiness.



## Factors affecting Happiness:

I believe there are two factors which greatly affect Happiness, one the answer is in the question itself i.e “NEED” and another one “EXPECTATION”

**NEED** : The main reason of not getting any solution for happiness is due to failure of setting the limit to the end of “NEED”. If taken my perspective, the need for something keep people away from Happiness. Need is never ending desire, that never get fulfilled, and people keep running after it throughout their life.

*Need of House, Need of beautiful Wife, Need of Job. Etc etc….*

People always run after something all the time to fulfil their need in pursuit of happiness. Though in their endeavour they forget that Happiness always lies with them and can easily be gained through small and minute thing. Many forgets to see it around, when it comes to look out for Happiness. For example, A simple peck by your mother, on your forehead, after coming from a hectic day at work, may make you relax and rejuvenate the evening, for me that is the real happiness.

**“EXPECTATION”**, a feeling of getting something accomplished or happen. I read somewhere, ***“Expectation reduces Joy”** and rightly so. People set so many expectations from others, although they do not have much control on them, and when those expectation does not get fulfilled, it hurts, and thereby hampering the happiness.

Instead of setting any expectation, try to make the things possible, wish for the best to happen, the happiness automatically comes to you.

 

 

## The Best way of Being Happiness:


Well that is very interesting thing to disclose on Steem blockchain. Real happiness comes from within your heart, and from some positive thought process of your mind, this is my personal perception may be other see it different angle. People does many things to get satisfaction of their doing, however, Happiness comes automatically to anyone by the act of small deed, and whatever make other happy.

- Helping any needy on the street, and the warmth of smile on their face satisfy you internally.


- Looking out at the toddlers, making some nuisance, and remembering all our childhood days, bring smile, and making me happy.

 

- Feeding the underprivileged with a biscuit packet rather than offering them money, makes me happy.

 

- Spending time with my parents in evening after hectic day at work, relaxes me thoroughly

*These are small things, but people tends to forget these, in pursuit of happiness on external elements. I would personally advice, to all, whosoever looking happiness outside, just spend some time with your loved ones, you will feel the magnetic charm and rejuvenation that make you relax and forgo all the worries and pain.*

The happiness is always around us.
 

## Simple but very effective clue of being Happy.             


**Any deed that is done with pure heart and without any selfish motto bring happiness. Do not do anything that you will made to remorse later. Be clear in your Act!**
