Going into this heading ‘ Manager’ ?
Normally we can see that when we are to go to any shop, facilities provider, service provider….etc, the head of the particular place, departments, organisation will have at least an employee with a title of ‘ manager’
So what does a management level ‘manager’ job scope do.
We need to know that a manager is employed in some organisation is to manage an area of the work place, leading a reporting staff, responsible to make business  smooth and expanding….etc. A larger organization may have different level of managers (assistant manager, senior manager, executive manager, customer relation manager…etc)
Let’s look into the responsibilities of a manager :-
Evaluating – They need to evaluate a potential staffs, evaluate a new employee….etc
Command / guidance (instruction) – to guide or provide guidance to the employees or support them on to accomplish goals. 
Resources – To ensure enough resources for ensuring task accomplishment. 
Although they are reporting to anyone that are below their grade, I personally think that a manager work is to make sure the smooth and providing enough care to their subordinates or employees. Let’s take a look at this sample I experienced.
A new employee which take over an ex-colleague job role which is most of the time a company hiring a new staff over a leaving staff. A manager is to inform them correct job scope, assist on solving typical problems. There is one big time task of a manager. it is to write an review report every year.
These reports may have effect to their pay grade, advancement and benefits.

I know that most of the time we will always exagerate the management never take care of their employee. But in reality it is mostly true, sadly nothing can be done if anyone are under directly a manger who is that strict.
 
As the picutre i shown above yes all shit is dropped to the lowest level. Hahaha.

Why i am having this title as my post because i beleive the standard of a manager jobs and responsibilities nowadays does not meet the standard. When done properly it is them who get praised and when something wrong they will push to the team. Worst of all who is more obedient will get more work to do and it is not their area too.
Let's look into this it is just a case to case basis.
Asking an accountant to become a delivery helper because a delivery guy is absence.
This is ridiculous correct.
