or sub-categories of those (like Steem-Engine for Markets), **_and the content is still actual_**, you can publish it in a form of a QA in the SteemHelp Community, like I did here, and you are allowed to add in this QA post **_the link to your other published tutorial_**. The other tutorial doesn't necessarily have to be published on Steem. If it's not on Steem, it promotes Steem outside the ecosystem, so it should be fine.

To increase the chances of appearing in the guides index page, you need to follow the [guidelines](https://beta.steemit.com/hive-111390/@steemhelp-guides/steemhelp-community-guides-tutorials-and-other-learning-materials-from-the-community), in this case to let the readers know in the QA post -- if you haven't done it in your original post -- what level of knowledge do they need and in what areas, to understand the material.

If your content isn't actual or you simply feel you need to rewrite it for various reasons, that would be even better, of course!
