This is a great contest. A high school teacher taught me how difficult teaching is by inviting me to write a quiz on Dante's Inferno. Our entire class failed my exam, and I felt terrible. I focused on all of the wrong things and made a really unfair exam without realizing it. 

When I started teaching college kids, I was much better prepared!!  I loved teaching and I miss it today.
