Start a blog without organic traffic from google

Some people wants to avoid google when they start a blog because to get traffic from google it needs to fulfill criteria for google search engine. On the other hand google ban some domain for violation of their policy. Also it is now difficult to get adsense program approval from google. So that people wants to avoid google anyway.
