Which is better for monetization WordPress or blogger

Both blogger and wordpress are good platform to make a blog. You can use blogger for totally free but wordpress is little bit costly. Also there is a free version of wordpress. Both blogger and wordpress has advantages and disadvantages, here I will discuss about it.

Blogger is a free platform with limited seo option. Also they have updated their system long time ago. The main problem is you can not design your blog as you wish. Also there are a few number of widget available in the market for blogger.

But in case of wordpress you will find thousands of widget for free. Also you can hire a developer to make a theme for you. Here it is very much possible to create any design as you wish. Wordpress platform is used by millions of developers , so that you can easily get a developer with some cost.

In my opinion wordpress is better than blogger, because you can easily add adsense code into your website. It is also possible to insert add code in the footer section, header section or inside the post body. A lots of plugin is available in the market to make it easy. On the other hand you can add amazon add code into your wordpress site by using a plugin which is not possible for blogger.

The most important things is that WordPress update their software regularly which makes it difficult to hack. But blogger updated their platform long time ago. So if you want to earn money from your blog, start with WordPress.

I really like wordpress, as you say they constantly update their software and there are so many templates online. Blogger is also good. I think people just need to find what they are comfortable with and move forward.
