<html> <p><img src="https://httpsimage.com/img/6608439816399831548.jpg" width="519" height="750"/></p> <p>折耳根学名叫鱼腥草(herbahouttuyniae),又名岑草、蕺、紫蕺、野花麦等。为三白草科多年生草本植物蕺菜的干燥水上部分。产于中国长江流域以南各省。夏季茎叶茂盛花穗多时采收,洗净,阴干用或鲜用。味辛,性微寒;归肺、膀胱、大肠经。具有清热解毒,化痰排脓消痈,利尿消肿通淋的作用。主治肺热喘咳,肺痈吐脓,喉蛾,热痢,疟疾,水肿,痈肿疮毒,热淋,湿疹,脱肛等病症。 </p> <p>不过,老公总是说鱼腥草就像鱼缸水的味道。</p> <p>上面这些都是关于折耳根药用价值的记载,其实在这里更普遍的方法是挖根直接凉拌一下吃,据说那效果比干品还好,不过那味道不是人人承受得来就是。现在市场上又有大量的折耳根上市了,我也跟风买了一些,最近天气忽冷忽热的,家人一个个都咳嗽流鼻涕。 </p> <p>湖南的烟熏腊肉,虽然看着很肥腻的样子,但是咬一片在嘴里,你会发现神奇的入口即化,很酥,完全不像是肉,而且特别香,不腻,我不知道这跟我的烹饪方法有关还是原本就这样。另外在这道菜里很重要的配料就是自制的泡椒,一起炒以后酸酸辣辣的,光闻味道就开胃的不得了,所以,哪怕你吃不来折耳根,这么一烹饪,怎么都能被诱惑的吃上几口,嘿嘿,多吃几次就习惯了。</p> <p><img src="https://httpsimage.com/img/6608813650353273643.jpg" width="750" height="750"/></p> <p>主辅料:湖南腊肉1小块、自制泡椒1大勺、折耳根100克、蒜瓣3瓣、盐少许、油少许 </p> <p> 做法:</p> <p>1、腊肉洗净,取一小段</p> <p>2、把腊肉切片蒸熟,然后把蒸出来的猪油倒出不要</p> <p>3、蒜瓣切成小丁备用,自制泡椒的方法以前有写过,大家可以去找一下</p> <p>4、锅里放少量油,把蒜瓣和泡椒放入炒出香味</p> <p>5、放入肉片再一起煸炒一下,这时候酸辣味扑鼻,超级香</p> <p>6、肉片透明以后放入折耳根快速翻炒几下</p> <p>7、最后放一点点盐调一下味道即可出锅</p> <p>这道菜,我能多吃1碗米饭。</p> <p><br></p> </html>
