Yes! basically, crowdfunded SteemIt advertising. Using the "pool" of minnows to get more exposure. Yes, you got it :)

**edit:** Some reason I can't reply to your comment below this is odd stuff. This will one of many posts ( obviously, without the text heavy stuff on top ,just a directory).  But, the next post will be cleaned up with a true directory type feel. Good question.
