How can I turn pain into power, and use it as a platform for further growth? 

In one short split second, tragedy can crush instantly all of your hopes and dreams.
While the severity of pain may vary, it is an inevitable part of the human life.
Sometimes, the traumatic shock is so profound, and you wonder how you may ever heal from it.
The reflection of who you are is broken to pieces, and you are left with a soul so dark that it consumes each fiber of your body.
Trying to pick up the pieces to recreate for yourself a new normal, you may choose to infuse them with a bit of love, the tiny bit of love that is yet to be found within your heart.

I am here today to tell you that there is so much bravery in doing what you are doing now.
To choose to continue to say yes to life and to wake up in the morning, even if it demands so much inner strength.
While you may not yet be able to see what wisdom you can pull from such excruciating suffering, one day, you may.
They say that if god brings you to it, he’ll bring you through it as well.
They also say that the pain, as hard as it may seem to believe right now, is not there to stop you.
They say that it is here to help you grow and prepare you for your new life.
But they did not say that sometimes, the emotional pain hurts more than a thousand cuts.
That you'd choose physical pain any day over emotional pain.

Maybe there is a treasure waiting to be found on the other side, but as of now, you may try to find the treasure within your self.
While this pain tore your heart and soul apart, meditation can land you a hand to help you swim through the strongest current.
I know that you don’t want to do it, but it’s probably the one reason why you should.
When you think this is it – this is the end, you are going to drown, meditation will keep you afloat.
Without it, I probably would never have made it.

I know you want to block the pain.
You are immensely tired of fighting it inside of you.
You want to run away from it as fast as you can.
How can I keep my heart open, when it’s shattered into a million pieces, you may say?
Fuck do we all wish we could do without it.
But you know…. They say that without it, we would not cherish how great happiness feels, when it’s there.
How sweet life can taste... 🍭

When I meditate, I touch my heart, I invite the pain, and I open my heart to let enter the healing energy of the earth.
Maybe it won’t happen today.
And maybe it won’t happen tomorrow, or in a month, or six months from now.
But maybe, maybe one day, I will transform the suffering into understanding.
Until then, I will seek refuge into meditation, into my inner child, and the love I hold alive for myself.
