Master Baking Class with @ albertocotua ( Weekly Series) Issue no 6 and CONTEST!!!!
Hello Steemers!

We will put into practice the knowledge learned in the Master Class of SteemKitchen.

Today we are going to learn how to make the best "Burger Buns" of all the earth.

# <center>Burger Buns.</center>

Let's start with the Mise en Place of this preparation. For 6 "Burger Buns" we will need:

### The ingredients I used to make these Burger Buns:
The flour that I used is 000 with 8-10 grams of protein.
The water that I used is reverse osmosis or without sodium.
common salt
Instant yeast.
Sugar.
Margarine.

In the previous recipe we learned the step by step of a mixture using the direct method.

## <center>Kneading.</center>

Once we have the Mise en Place, we proceed to mix all the ingredients in this order:

Dried with dried (flour, sugar, salt, instant yeast, milk powder) and to these dry we add the moist, which are the remaining ingredients LESS THE BUTTER!

When we have a homogeneous mixture, remove it from the bowl and put the dough on the table to add the butter little by little until you have a smooth dough.

## Let stand 60 min, degas and cut into pieces of 40 gr each.

Ok, here comes the part that I want to show you in this post ...

# <center>How to get a perfect ball?</center>

At the end of each circle, we try to give it the closest possible shape.

With the right movement and knowledge in less than 20 seconds our boleado is ready.

At the end of the boleado put the loaves in the tray, and push down gently.

We let stand its final fermentation of 60 min.

After 60 min, varnish and put in the oven for 25 min at 180° C

And we got this perfects Burger Buns.
