The <b>whales</b> are those users who have invested a lot on steemit and who today find themselves having a huge steem power. Users with a single 100% rating can guarantee dozens and dozens of steem rewards for a single post.
Then there are the <b>dolphins</b>, those who with so much effort managed to accumulate several thousand steems and steem power. They are not giants, their vote will not change your life but the union of the votes of several dolphins will make the difference.
Then there are strange animals, half dolphins and half whales, that maybe they won't be able to make your post splash in the trending but that will make you smile anyway.

Oggi vi vogliamo proporre una sfida impossibile, una di quelle che potrebbero cambiare per sempre la percezione di quello che steemit rappresenta per voi.
Avrete sicuramente sentito parlare di balene, pesciolini e delfini.
Steemit potete vederlo in un certo senso come un enorme acquario dove pesci giganteschi, grossi, piccolissimi o di media grandezza coesistono cercando di portare a casa il meglio alla fine di ogni giornata.
Le <b>balene</b> sono quegli utenti che hanno investito tantissimo su steemit e che oggi si ritrovano ad avere uno steem power enorme. Utenti che con un solo voto al 100% possono garantire reward di decine e decine di steem ad un singolo post.
Ci sono poi i <b>delfini</b>, coloro i quali con tanta fatica sono riusciti ad accumulare svariate migliaia di steem e steem power. Non sono dei colossi, il loro voto non vi cambierà la vita ma l'unione dei voti di svariati delfini faranno la differenza.
Ci sono poi quegli strani animali per metà delfini e metà balene che magari non riusciranno da soli a far schizzare il vostro post nel trending ma che comunque vi faranno sorridere.
Infine ci sono un'infinità di <b>pesciolini</b>. Quelli con SP da poche decine di unità e che ogni giorno scrivono, scrivono, commentano sperando che qualche balena o delfino possa notarli.
C'è dunque un grande squilibrio nel mare di steemit.
Tantissimi "poveri" pesciolini, poche ma richissime balene, qualche elegante delfino e qualche piccola balena o forse meglio dire qualche delfino che sogna di diventare balena.

Come saprete votare un post non implica un impoverimento da parte di chi vota. Quello che accade è che il Voting Power di chi upvota diminuisce del 2% ogni volta che vota con una percentuale al 100%. Spesso accade che a votarsi siano sempre i soliti, impedendo la crescita di chi magari ha il sogno di scrivere bene, impegnandosi molto, per diventare più forte e ricco su steemit.

Abbiamo pensato, dunque, di attivarci e stimolarvi con un challenge che potenzialmente coinvolgerà tutti gli utenti di steemit. Italiani, inglesi, americani, francesi, spagnoli, indonesiani, brasiliani, tutto il globo rappresentato su steemit.
L'idea è di bilanciare il mare di steemit e dare nuova linfa a tutti noi, a tutti voi.

Il challenge si chiama Steempossible challenge.
Consisterà nel lanciare una sfida a tutti, balene e pesciolini, mirata a rendere steemit un posto più equilibrato e migliore.
Non costa nulla, e questo è secondo noi il vero punto di forza.

Quello che vi proponiamo è di provare per 10 giorni a far si che i grandi pesci diano una mano ai piccoli pesci.

Hoy queremos proponer un desafío imposible, uno de esos que podría cambiar para siempre la percepción de lo que Steemit representa para usted.
Seguramente habrás oído hablar de ballenas, pececillos y delfines.
Steemit puede verlo en un sentido como un enorme acuario donde coexisten peces gigantes, grandes, muy pequeños o medianos tratando de llevar a casa lo mejor al final de cada día.
Las <b> ballenas </b> son aquellos usuarios que han invertido mucho en steemit y que hoy se encuentran teniendo un gran poder de steem. Los usuarios con una única calificación del 100% pueden garantizar docenas y docenas de recompensas Steem por una sola publicación.
Luego están los <b> delfines </b>, aquellos que con tanto esfuerzo lograron acumular varios miles de steems y poder de steem. No son gigantes, su voto no cambiará su vida, pero la unión de los votos de varios delfines marcará la diferencia.
Luego están esos animales extraños para mitad delfines y mitad ballenas que tal vez no podrán hacer que tu publicación salpique en las tendencias, pero eso te hará sonreír de todos modos.
Finalmente hay un número infinito de <b> minnows </b>. Aquellos con SP de unas pocas docenas de unidades y que escriben, escriben y comentan todos los días, esperando que alguna ballena o delfín los note.
Por lo tanto, hay un gran desequilibrio en el mar de Steemit.
