Is this a common bug? downvote (red arrow) displaying on an upvoted post.

I remember being very happy with this post as it helped me and was horrified to think i had accidentally down voted it. checked the chain and i can see i did in fact upvote this post but it is displaying a red arrow..? not sure what's going on but thought i would mention it.

I have had this issue, and what I believe is happening is that when your upvote gets rounded down to 0 weight, it is displayed as a downvote, because a distinction isn't made between a downvote and a 0-weighted vote.

This could definitely use a fix, as it's gonna confuse a lot of low-weighted account holders when they upvote older posts.
