I know that I tend to vote the same people up all the time.  Occasionally I try to spread it around a little more.  I also know that I am pretty good at engagement, so I don't feel too bad that my vote isn't getting spread around as much as some others.

I want to say the hive community has been wonderful and welcoming so far.....as a newbie i thought it would be very difficult to integrate and frustrating to navigate my way around. But with the help of @bhoa, @nathanmars....i have been able to do that with ease and learn alot within just 6days, also special mention to @josediccus, @tarazkp for their encouragement also chekohler for being welcoming. I think if newbies get this kind of help from people in this community it will encourage them to put more work and appreciate what is been done here. I think a strong and successful community is one which pulls it's efforts together and work with a common goal. Thanks steevc for always rallying everyone together

I think building is really important now... we can't rest on the laurels of *"Look, we created Hive, and look how well it went!"* That was just the *start.*

I'm about to embark on a a bit of a 90-day "experiment" of creating a lot of posts/essays/articles designed *entirely* for a readership *outside* Hive... as part of just getting the name out into the world as a venue for content creation. I'm mostly looking to *"become visible"* with the whole crowd I *used to* do social media with, before there was Steem... many of whom are fellow writers/bloggers. 

I've decided *now* because we finally have some *tools* to add metrics: **@peakd** now has traffic counts available; and with **@roomservice** creating the **@hiveonboard** web site where you can actually *track* whether people sign up from your links we can actually get a sense of whether it's *working,* something we never had on Steem.

I can't believe it's been over three months already. Personally, I think Hive will continually be ahead. The Steem Community is tightly clinging to what it has left with multiple contests and free upvotes but like you said, many users are just there to milk what is left.
We need to make hive a more attractive platform, less of the conventional blogging kind and begin to support all kind of content. You can agree with me than Hive supports a narrow group of niches when there are a lot that can be explored and supported... and yes, it wouldn't hurt to do so.

The issue of RC running out is also one of the major problems that discourages new users when they sign up so I have to say @giftgiver are doing a wonderful job. Most new users who are referred might receive some delegation for a while from their referrers but for the new users who sign up directly, they get discouraged once their RC runs out.

I'm just getting to learn about @fullalt now but it seems like a pretty great project. Giving tips on twitter is a good way to go since most hive campaigns are going on on twitter. Asking users to sign up to receive the tips will also surely bring more users rushing in here.

Speaking of the twitter warriors... Lol. They are doing an absolutely amazing job. I try to make a post or two a day about hive myself on twitter but I've seen some like Nathan Mars and @bhoa who have gone absolute beast mode. As a matter of fact, @bhoa was the one who inspired me to get back on hive after the fork.
I try my best to support the chain in any way I can and I think everyone should do the same. The chain belongs to all of us and to no one, so all we do for it is for our good.

This "protection" is just the form of censure.
Centralised, autoritarian and patriarchal decision on witch voices should be heared by people and witch must be silenced and stomped. Just as Justine Sun does its abuse of power, in disguise of "justice and protection from bad people".

Let people decide themselves. We don't need your censureship, we don't need "a wise supervision" on our content.

This is the only way to push the HIVE price upwards

100 days hey, be interested to see where the next 100 takes us! The way I see it, I'm using this as a chance to buy up cheap HIVE, with the announcement/news/rumours that PayPal is going to start accepting cryptocurrencies more widely, this is potentially massive. 

An easy on ramp for people to buy crypto... imagine if we can get HIVE in there and transactions between between businesses and people can be done easily via PayPal in 3 seconds... will give the naysayers I've been trying to convince that things are too complicated a riposte then!

I'm going to keep loading up until I get to Orca and keep an eye on the price, I've already reached my BTC target so now it's just a case of accumulating HIVE and distributing it out to new users (that aren't alts or bots)
