Leg before?

I'd love to see a cricket play cricket. With legs like this a bush cricket could probably jump out of the ground. This little guy say happily on the side of the house whilst I tried to get a picture that was actually in focus. There's so much wildlife in our garden that we never even see and I'd not seen one like this before.
