Nurture the newbies

I've been hanging out on the [New](https://steemit.com/created) tab welcoming some of the new users. If we encourage them then they may stick around. With the current state of voting I may even be able to contribute a cent to their posts and an early reward may keep them interested.

The Aceh community on Steemit seems to be growing fast. Is someone there doing a lot of recruiting? Making a few extra dollars there can make a big difference to someone's life. Perhaps they will get into selling goods for Steem. That seems more viable than Bitcoin with the transaction charges and delays.

I'm mostly avoiding the current drama. It's tearing the community apart when we need to be consolidating. We need positive posts in the Hot and Trending pages to give a good first impression.
