I like blueberries, but have not tried growing them yet. We do have strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, jostaberries and blackcurrants as well as blackberries from the brambles next door. That does us quite well.

I bet that does, sounds like quite the collection..maybe one day I'll grow currants and gooseberries. Never heard of jostaberries. Best of luck with them, hope you have enough to fill your freezer.

[Jostaberry](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jostaberry) are cross between blackcurrants and gooseberries. They can be eaten raw. I got a lot of these berries as someone else planted them when we let them use part of the garden in a 'landshare' scheme. We really ought to be more into making jam to make the most of them.

Oh super cool. Reminds me of a Tayberry that's a cross between a Blackberry and Raspberry. I'll have to see if those grow in my climate. Could always use some more berry bushes.. especially since my raspberries are sick.
