**human capital**
In economics and especially in the business mechanism, human capital plays an important role.
To better understand the tax of human capital in business management, the production function will be used.

q = the part of s allocated to human capital such as training, new employees, younger and more educated workers. This area also includes the transfer of skills from older generations to new generations.

Based on what has been said and the physical capital formula, we can rewrite the function of human capital as follows:

**Technical progress formula**
We can come up with a new formula.
-If we consider that h and k, shown in the previous formulas, are two long-term growth production factors we can write the following formula
-We think of everything on the basis of the Solow model theory which talks about endogenous growth.

After all this we can obtain a formula that indicates the role of technical progress.

NOTE: The Solow model, mentioned above, studies the dynamics of economic growth in the long run and was developed by Solow. Robert Solow was an American economist who won the Nobel Prize for Economics.

Human capital is a significant factor in economic growth and this is a fact that can also be proven mathematically.
Technical progress, in the economic context, can be defined as the process of acquiring knowledge and skills which have the aim of improving production. As a consequence there will certainly be an increase in efficiency.

**il capitale umano**
In economia e soprattutto nel meccanismo di impresa il capitale umano ha un ruolo importante.
Per comprendere meglio l’imposta del capitale umano nella gestione d’impresa si utilizzerà la funzione di produzione.
**Funzione di produzione**
La funzione di produzione è mostrata qui sotto.

q = la parte di s destinata in capitale umano come ad esempio, la formazione, nuovi dipendenti, lavoratori più giovani e più scolarizzati. In questo ambito rientra anche il trasferimento di competenze da vecchie generazioni alle nuove generazioni.

Viste le considerazioni fatte possiamo riscrivere la formula del capitale fisico come segue.

In base alla quanto detto e alla formula del capitale fisico, possiamo riscrivere la funzione del capitale umano come segue:

**Formula del progresso tecnico**
Possiamo elaborare una nuova formula.
-Se consideriamo che h e k, mostrati nelle formule precedenti, sono due fattori di produzione di crescita di lungo periodo possiamo scrivere la seguente formula
-Pensiamo il tutto sulla base della teoria del modello di Solow che parla della crescita  endogena.
-Facciamo alcune trasformazioni matematiche
Dopo tutto questo possiamo ottenere una formula che ci indica il ruolo del progresso tecnico.

NOTA: Il modello di Solow, citato poco fa, studia la dinamica della crescita economica nel lungo periodo e venne sviluppato da Solow. Robert Solow è stato un economista statunitense vincitore del premio Nobel per l’economia. 

**Conclusioni**
Il capitale umano è un fattore significativo della crescita economica e questo è un fatto che si può provare anche in maniera matematica.
Il progresso tecnico, in ambito economico, può essere definito come il processo di acquisizione di conoscenze e abilità le quali hanno come scopo il miglioramento della produzione. Come conseguenza si avrà certamente un aumento di efficienza.
