Heute Abend habe ich dieses kleine Juwel gemacht, hahaha.  Ich habe den Bananenpudding wirklich vermisst, aber weil er so reich an Kohlenhydraten ist, habe ich ihn nicht probiert. Also dachte ich heute, ich würde eine einfache Version von etwas Low Carb machen. Wenn ich Ideen googelte, fand ich immer wieder Magnolias Bakery in New York, ihren Karottenkuchen mit Bananenpudding. Also hier haben Sie es, meine kohlenhydratarme Nachahmerversion. Ich habe griechischen Joghurt, Süßstoff, ein wenig Vanille und Bananengeschmack verwendet. Ich peitschte hausgemachte Schlagsahne und machte einen 90-Sekunden-Karottenkuchen und zerbröckelte alles. Ich habe etwas geriebene Karotte verwendet, aber es war egal, vielleicht ein Esslöffel. Ich habe auch einige kohlenhydratarme Vanillewaffeln gemacht. Dies war nur ein Test. LOL Hoffe das dauert / sollte / vielleicht ein paar Tage dauern, ein paar Bissen sind genug! 😋🍌 By: @stefant2007
