Love this idea! Being fairly new on here and learning things by myself, Luckily I have a personal friend who chooses to remain unnamed to the general public who is a whale and has been a huge help.  But not everyone has this same scenario of knowing someone who knows the site firsthand.  Keep the awesome ideas coming! *UPVOTE & RESTEEM*

Hello there, what a great post and a great idea. It's amusing to me in this moment that the reason I am on your page is that I was sent here by steemsports...
 I've been on steemit for four weeks, and your first day sounds about like mine was, except I wasn't even aware of the introduceyourself category until after I'd posted my first story...without a picture ha! I wasn't caught by a kind guide like @merej99 who I only came to know last week, but I did luck out by involving myself in papa-pepper's games as well as immediately discovering the open-mic contest--my brother's a musician so I thought I'd get to know the music community to hopefully bring him on board--but definitely someone to email would have helped immensely. I muddled through it however, and I feel pretty good about my progress. And I should probably stop rambling and explain why steemsports would send me here haha! 
I've recently met @beanz and read the numerous posts regarding steemsports, and I've also become acquainted with @klye. Between the two of them I wound up posing some questions to the gaming team which so far have not been answered. They did tell me that you are their arch nemesis...okay no they didn't use that phrase HA, but something along the lines of you speaking out against them meanwhile they share their money and you keep yours. Which immediately sounded a bit ridiculous since I'm assuming you are an individual content creator, correct? I haven't had a chance to look at your page, I just saw this article and jumped in.  in the comment section that I first learned of the issue of steemsports. You should take a look at it, @sigmajin explains the way it all works very well. I asked him to start posting again and he said he'd consider it :) I would love it if you could also sum up your issues with them for me. Or perhaps when I finish this excessively long explanation/introduction I'll find your opinions among your posts ;) Incidentally it's nice to 'meet' you. I'll wander around your page for a bit now. (Really confused as to why they would point me at you as a means of helping their case?)

Really good to see an 18 day old post being 'recycled' - good work both @stellabelle and @surpassinggoogle. One of the things this highlights for the time being is a central point for the filtering and amassing of ideas. Many people have suggested many ideas but they whither and die. There is no feedback.
@stellabelle, you seem to be the senior 'pro' - could we set up a system on a new tag - one tag only if they want to be read and considered?
People tend to be verbose (mea culpa) but filleting is easy enough.
What do you think?

It's funny, I was wondering if I was the only person struggling to add a picture to my post! I ended up using Google.

I would support this idea! I personally would never have used it, but I do believe that if it were set up as "if I'm online, I'll help people in need" sort of thing it could be very beneficial to the community.

Brilliant idea. A chatbox would be cool, but from my experience at work you get a lot of nonsense and lonely people, especially if the image of the customer rep on the chat box is from a female :)

A support email would be great. It could be an account shared between experienced users.

I am definitely supporting the idea!! The image adding struggle reminded me of my link adding problems :)

I think something like a helpdesk would be really useful.  I do occasionally get submissions from https://www.steemithelp.net/contact/ but if there was a flood of questions I wouldn't be able to cope.
