I started again after 5 years off, but moved to a vape.  Tastes better, doesn't quite have the 'ahhhhhhh, kill meee nowww burn' of a cigarette, but depending on what flavors you are into, generally tastes better and doesn't leave that who shat in my mouth taste in the morning.

I recommend going all out on a top of the range one, and carrying with it a usb battery pack.

Anyone who says they are worse or just as bad, is talking total balls - you can actually walk up 5 steps chuffing on a vape.

Decidí unirme cuando ví que mis proyectos y mi status socioeconómico se empezó a venir abajo. Este año 2018 ha sido el más duro en nuestro país. Quisiera puedas ayudarme en una información sobre steemit que no he logrado resolver. Me gusta la lectura y siempre he intentado ser auto-didacta... me he tomado el tiempo de ir descubriendo todos los servicios en la red social. 
He notado que hay bots que votan automaticamente los posts de algunas personas a las que sigo... No sé exactamente si estas personas pagan algun alquiler para que estos bots automaticamente voten por cada post que publican. Como por ejemplo lordgod o trevonjb, tal vez los conoces. ellos votan automaticamente los posts de ciertos usuarios que sigo. Yo trato de publicar con bastante frecuencia contenido pero todavía no me han votado, no he dado con esa interrogante. A ambos lordgod y trevonjb les doné de mi steem power pq pensé que esa era la manera. Realmente han pasado unos tres días pero no veo que hayan votado en mis posts de igual forma. 
Disculpa el discurso tan largo que escribí, espero puedas ayudarme en esa duda...

Addiction is hard to get rid off and If this is for real,  my own stand point is as humans it doesn't matter if we fall, what matters is our ability to rise again with more determination not to fall again.  If this is real and not for fun; pick yourself up and put the smokes away.

@stellabelle, for the first time ever I was looking for the flag button but as you can see it wouldn't do diddley squad. 

I rather give you some good advice :) I think that you should give vaping a try. 
My story in short: I started smoking since I was 14 (moderately) and around my twenties it took off from one to five packs a day. 

No shit... I was a walking asphalt plan. After my first pull on a simple vaporizer pen, I dropped my pack of cigarettes like a backstabbing friend and I've been vaping since. 

Now, I do have to admit, that once in a while you might be weak and take a pull of an analog...You'll be asking yourself why the hell you was even smoking in the past :) 

If you would tell me a good joke 5 years ago, laughing would be like me climbing the Himalaya. Now I can outrun one of our local junkies stealing from our garden. The disbelieve on his face when I'm still on his tail is priceless.

Smoking is one of those things that is easy to go back to.  it is comforting when you need it most.  I was there once, I could easily be there again.  Fight the good fight... :)
