It's a shame that so much responsibility falls on the shoulders of so few people here on Steemit that are willing to step-up. Thank you for stepping  up and making this happen even though you have so many other "plates spinning in the air".

As always congratulations Stella.  Great to see your continued work.  I am gonna come right out and say it, I could use a little more support down the road.  But to be perfectly realistic, I just hope you keep doing what  you are doing.  

Why I could use some help?  Well I am still trying to get the massive improv community involved with steemit.  Improv is a global phenomenon. Crypto is booming and so is improv.  It was found in major cities just a few years ago, now it is everywhere.  

Things I have done: 
~I was working full time with Steemtrail before taking a break to focus on getting a ComedySportz started in St Louis.  Low Pay, but Artistically fulfilling.  I always talked to the Owner about getting the theater a Steemit account, it would have been the First Improv Theater on Steemit.  But alas it was sticking to it's own path and there was conversation about how it related to the global Comedy Sportz Franchise. 

~I have reached out to the local improv club, we have held a few Steemit/Bitcoin Meetups at The Improv Shop.  While nothing has been confirmed, the owner continues to be cooperative and give me his time when I wish to speak to him about crypto and steem.  But alas, real world management and expenses take up their time as of now.  One real challenge they have is to repave their parking lot.  Above that parking lot is a "Warner Brothers" esque WaterTower that needs to be repainted.  I have suggested that They get the money via steem eventually or even get doners from steem so that a giant Water Tower overlooking St Louis would have the Improv Shop Logo AND the STEEMIT logo. 

~I have hooked up with Sykochica a couple times in person.  We continue to plan and look forward to investing in the St Louis community.  I introduced her to Facebook Celeb, Bitcoin Ben and they just posted a great interview.  He's very supportive and positive and I hope to help him on steemit someday.  I think you'd like him. Fun guy. 

~I've founded and manage a few Facebook Groups.  A couple of which are STEEMITCITY and IMPROVCOIN.    One is more Steemcentric.  The other is a safe place for Improvisers, Friends, and Family to start learning and continue learning about blockchain in general.  That said, I am always talking about steem.  Sykochica, VirtualGrowth both pop in from time to time.

~I have some Twitter Accounts set up to promote steem that will auto post some content, namely ImprovCoin.  But I'm still working on the proper bots and approach to do it.  Twitter is cracking down on just bots so I want to give them personality, we'll see.  (Side note: I think you're initiative will succeed predominantly because it is going to be managed personally by a team.)

~And I just finally got an @ImprovCoin page.  Finding the time is tough.  I'm inspired and encouraged to keep working hard when I see you around.  I'm still thankful for that Picnic Last Summer and Hope to attend another.  It would be really special if Sykochica, VirtualGrowth, PapaPepper, BitcoinBen, could visit St Louis and Bring YOU and some Slothicorns to St Louis for an event.  With enough forward planning and funding, I think we could even secure one of the Theaters Spaces at The Improv Shop. They have a Bar and Great Kitchen and is a fun environment.  @ImprovCoin and it's facebook and twitter account are a reference to help the conversation amongst friends. 

~I have been corresponding with faculty at Chicago's Second City about a Steemit Meetup.  Again, Im learning to be patient.  Besides me, the only other improviser still active on steemit is my friend in LA, @improv.  The son of a gun even snatched up the name of our artform as his name.  God bless him for staying active here.  But I'm looking forward to talking more about steemit each time I hear back from Second City reps.  I've been in touch with them via private messages and openly on LinkedIN.  

~I will be teaching some workshops in Nashville at their Third Coast Comedy Club.  I have already told them that even if it is an extra hoop to jump through, that I want the world to know they paid me in Crypto, especially STEEM.  

~While performing with The Reckoning two weeks ago at the San Francisco Comedy Festival, I mentioned steemit in the show and talked about with friends and family there in town.  My Uncle is a professor of Accounting and Finance at USF and it was a fascinating conversation.  He asked questions I would have never expected and was very interested in everything happening here. 

~Finally, while recently my family experienced a sincere loss, it has brought us together.  I was in St Louis for the past year and two months caring for my beloved Grandmother.  She passed while I was livestreaming on DLive. But it's ok.  It has served to remind me not to give up.  It has reminded me that alot can happen and get done within 4 hours.  This was very recent. One small consequence is that I have more time now at home to either get another "DayJob" or keep working to build a bridge between Improv and Steemit.  As of now, I have chosen the later. 

~Pfunk was kind enough to help me start curating two new sections in Steemit.Chat  :  #improv and #family.   They are to help down the road promote improv in all it's forms, not just comedy but also dance and music.  And the later is for those who love their families, who are proud of their sons, daughters, mothers, and fathers and share those moments just like many do on facebook.  One reason I see so many people still on facebook, is because they love their friends and families and that is a blessing I hope to encourage here on steemit as well, love and joy for family.  

~I don't just post improv.  I have pushed myself to also share a variety of interests including an appreciation for charting financials, sharing photos, and my love for simply writing.  When I show improvisers or family my Steemit Page, I want them to see a variety so they feel encouraged to share what they care about.  I have started to share photos of my beloved manual typewriter and the pages of formated stories.  

~I livestream.  I am experimenting with DLive and have tried a cross stream where I talk about Steem to Improvisers and about Improv to Steemians.  I then post the recordings on my DTube Channel.  

~I am relearning my way around SteemAuto and BasicIncome and other services on steemit so that it will help me down the road.  I have my autovoter set to give back to those that have supported me and those that first inspired me when I first joined steemit almost a year and a half ago.  You, Meesterboom, Papa Pepper, etc....      I then have a short weekly "Magazine" that I will recap just a few different things for newbies and vets to explore.  It is a work in progress, but I think it is a good manual curation post each week to help my new followers and give back to quality content like that of @Sndbox and @the-bitcoin-dood.  

~I have actively reached out to Non Profits such as Shakespeare St Louis and The Actors Gang to not only encourage them to join steemit but to accept crypto for donations.

~I love love love that you are helping visual artists.  I was once an Art Major at University of Missouri Columbia before switching to Theater.  I love seeing the support you are giving to the Visual Arts.  I hope to give back just some small part to the Living Arts like Improv, Theater, Music, Dance, as well as the Written Arts that go into Movies and Screenwriters. 

~I will always be thankful to you on twitter last summer.  I was stuck in a dead end Day Job for minimum wage.  I was full time caring for my grandmother and trying to keep up with Steemit and the great longterm goals with improv and screenwriting.  You inspired me with one simple question:  something like, "What Matrix are you trying to break free from?"  Eventually I left the dayjob, took a chance and helped bring Family Friendly Improv to St Louis with Comedy Sportz.  Thank you forever.

~So My Last Question Is:    How can we help each other?  

I have been teased by some improvisers, ousted and ridiculed by those that do not understand blockchain and steemit.  One guy even thought, just because I was talking about Bitcoin that I actually owned a whole one and he demanded I give him it.  Needless to say I don't talk to him anymore.   I steem on.  Some people in Improv think I am a failure because I am not on a movie or tv set yet, despite the fact that for over a year and a half I have paid storage rent for all my real belongings still in  Los Angeles.  Despite the fact that my fellow players, The Reckoning are on TV Shows:  our buddy Mike is the creator of AP Bio previewing on NBC tomorrow night.  We all find what we are looking for in time.  I am patient.   

I am teased in some discord channels for talking about Improv.  So many people in blockchain still don't know the true joy that comes from the living arts, live get togethers.  Not everyone is a  people person, and that is awesome and ok.  But for some, improv and theater remind us of our humanity.  

My response to all my critics is the same:  "HOW CAN WE HELP EACH OTHER?"

~Thus, that is all I have for you at this time.  I ask for no SP.  I ask for no UpVotes.  I can only humbly hope you took the time to read this mammoth comment.   I can only humbly hope you can hear the gratitude I have for you and all you do.  I can only hope you continue to appreciate those you trust and continue to build a beautiful future for the Visual Arts as well as Blockchain and Slothicorns.  I'm not sure how you can help me, or how I can help you.  

I know that at a live event, I can lead us all in fun improv games to get us all happy and warmed up.  I know I can continue helping introduce people together.  I know that I can continue curating and onboarding improvisers and telling them about  you.  I know I might find the time to better understand Slothicorn and how I can best represent it's positive momentum in a post or in one of my groups.  I know I will continue to upvote your posts.  I know I will continue writing, livestreaming, posting on steemit and dtube and twitter and building a freedom for tomorrow.  

But in the end, maybe, just maybe, I'm hoping you'll think a kind thought.   Maybe say a little slothicorn prayer for lil ol Jacob across the state in STL.     And above else, simply receive the gratitude I am sending with this long over the top post that is simply one more story from the thousands that you inspire.

@ankarlie and I were talking when she noticed when she was upvoting some posts that the value of her vote went higher. We were trying to figure it out when someone suggested to look at steemd.com in order to check what happened and boom there it was your name and the delegated SP. 

We were all shocked, especially her because she wasn't expecting it. Suprise delegations like this are literally gifts that must be utilized. She was stunned beyond belief and was one of the few times I saw her tongue tied. 

I told her that she has been a great help to the community and she was instrumental to bringing a lot of us in the platform and through her we stayed because she constantly helped and guided us. 

She is 19 years old but has helped so many people and continue to do so through her crypto talks, Steemit promotions and acting as a trusted exchange for a lot of the Filipino Community. I am proud to have her as a friend and will continue to support her advocacy and make our dream of providing a good alternative opportunity for Filipinos to earn so that a lot will be freed from the shackles of poverty. 
I could not have thought of anyone better to receive this delegation. From the bottom of the heart of those in the @steemitfamilyph we thank you.
