I was looking through the names that steempeak.com was considering using for the new Hive blockchain, and to be honest, it doesn't make sense from a branding perspective. The word "hive" is amazing. It should be part of any new website that is the front end. There are some amazing websites available (I just found them.....message me to find out.) We have to be smart this time around. Branding is something that very few people get right. It has to make sense, be catchy, and have meaning. I don't think using the word "peak" with Hive makes any sense at all. Please consider my opinion as I have a better sense of branding than the average person. Let's think this through.

Hive is a great name. So many ways to branch off from that alone. This is a serious crossroad for me. I agree, branding needs to be more tactile this time around. I canโt decide whether or not itโs a good idea to have everything tied into โHiveโ again like what was done with the Steem name. Or if being more individual with brands is better. I hope we never have to fork like this again, but then again you never know right? Why do you think everyone should be going with the Hive theme? Is it purely to connect all of the dApps together easily? Or is a *Powered by Hive* image on everything enough?
