The presidential elections have come and gone, even though the process left an after-taste that will linger for a while. There were many fearful prophesies from prophets of doom that never came to pass. While the winners keep celebrating and the losers are keeping their dreams alive through the judiciary, the governorship elections breeze in.

One would think that the citizens have learned their lessons from all the religious shenanigans that preceded the presidential elections. Alas! The country is more divided than ever. This time, along the tribal line. The polity's temperature is at an all-time high and may explode at any point.

We just need to be careful as the worst is yet to be over.
