Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que hayan tenido un día productivo y excelente. Yo estoy bien, gracias a Dios. Ahorita estoy un poco cansado, no al punto de sentir fatiga, pero sí me siento agotado, ya que hoy hice una rutina pesada de front lever y tampoco descansé muy bien que digamos. Aún así, di un excelente rendimiento en mi entrenamiento de hoy y pude hacer mi rutina completa. Antes de continuar, les voy a hablar un poco de mi día. La verdad es que hoy no hice mucho. Tenía pensado salir a trotar en la mañana, pero estaba lloviendo y tuve unos inconvenientes, así que no pude. Ya lo dejaré para mañana. El resto del día estuve tocando la guitarra. Tengo días tratando de aprenderme dos canciones que me gustan mucho. Ya me sé los acordes y el rasgueo, pero aún me falta mucha práctica. También estuve dibujando un poco. Más tarde, me fui con un amigo a comprar unas cosas y de ahí nos dirigimos a la casa de nuestro amigo Montes de Oca. Allí hicimos nuestros calentamientos y estiramientos. Hice algunos intentos de plancha y de pino one arm. Luego, empecé a calentar bien para comenzar con mi rutina de front lever, la cual se enfocó en trabajar las pull-ups, empezando con lo más difícil y terminando con lo más fácil. Comencé con 3 series por 4 repeticiones de pull-ups en full front lever más 2 pull-ups en straddle de front. Luego, hice 3 series de 5 pull-ups de straddle más 3 pull-ups en Tuck super avance, seguido por 3 series de 3 pull-ups en Tuck super avance más 5 pull-ups en Tuck avance normal. Continué con 3 series de un aguante de Tuck con liga más 4 pull-ups, terminando con dos series de aguantes de 3 segundos en front lever one arm con liga. Eso fue todo mi entrenamiento por hoy. Para mañana tengo pensado hacer plancha. </div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right"> Hello friends, how are you? I continued with 3 sets of a Tuck hold with a band plus 4 pull-ups, finishing with two sets of 3-second holds in front lever one-arm with a band. That was all my workout for today.
