Sadly, the dumbing down of the human race has been happening for a long time. You only need to look at school systems, and how easy it is for kids to pass Year 12 now. I often think about how difficult Year 12 was when I was young and that there is no way a young person of today could pass the Year 12 of 25 years ago.

I’ve been telling my students for a long time now, that if it hasn’t already happened, that very soon there will be a huge divide between those who code and those who use the product of the coders. We may have already got to that point.

You are right. How will people survive when there is no internet or technology?

I completely agree. Thinking is quickly becoming underrated, and as a result, making the world a much more dangerous place. Has anyone else noticed that giving way on the road seems to be optional now?! 

Driving in Australia can be quite the experience, especially at give way signs.
