Wow!  Today we go into grave detail on putting a small amount of coconut oil onto a spoon then putting said coconut oil into a piping hot bath.  Incredible!  Did you think you'd see such content tonight?  Didn't think so!

Don't forget to focus on your breathing, follow your dreams, be practical while doing so, don't fall for extremely specific ideas and don't challenge breakfast cereals.

I hope this inspires you not only to do what you love, but also to keep sustaining through life no matter what it throws at you.  I can't tell you what to do, but living a sustainable life and helping the grander economy sure sounds like a good place to start!
