I am a little tired but wanted to get this up in time. A bit thank you to @clove71 who gave me some DEC so now for a bit you will win 2000. Give me some feedback about the game or the match I am going over to get into the drawing. Most of the time you all make a good comment but don't forget if you win and only say thanks because then you can't win the next one.

I entered another novice tournament and wanted to share a battle from there for the newer players.  It is hard to win sometimes when the guys don't have the skills you are used to at high-level. [Here](https://steemmonsters.com?p=battle&id=sm_J9Qf0Aj2JZo7lITfv5jZ&ref=stever82) is the link if you want to watch the battle. We got an armor up and no legendary guys. No legendary was on the tournament so that didn't change the battle. We had 38 mana. This is what made me go with the Earth team and I wasn't surprised to see Fire on the other side.

To me, Living lava is one of the best cards in the Untamed set for the novice because of the lack of good mages and his shield ability. A lot of attackers can't even hurt him or only do 1 damage so he takes a lot of hits to kill. Also, a lot of other tanks are slow so he doesn't miss much. I had said that before but in super high mana I don't like him as much as Earth team. They can use 3 good cards to counter him. UNICORN MUSTANG is faster and has more life, SPORCERER removes that last bit of armor on the team and MITICA HEADHUNTER just hits so hard but that is 22 mana in 3 cards so you need a high mana match to play those guys.  But would it work?  Well ya because he made a mistake do you see it?

Round one is about to start and with all the debuffs in you see what it did to his Lava only 6 health and I have mages to fight him. His mistake was the guy in 2nd position. While that can work sometimes in high mana to have a second big tank. The lack of another attacker put him in a bad spot. Also, he played only one sneak attacker so my headhunter isn't going to die that fast.

Round 2 is here and look the Lava is gone and my tank still has a lot of life. For sure I am taking control. No one else is hurt on the team and I have good chance of taking over if things go as I have planned. He does have his second tank upfront now but really he did so little to my team that it isn't going to matter.

Round 3 is about to start and the fight is pretty much over. I won't lose my headhunter to the next attack and there really seals the fight as he can deal with my big attacks from that guy anymore.

Round 4 is just mopped up time and look while he got my tank, at last, it was too late and I will end it here.

I know that was a fast one but I did say I was tried and novice fights don't last long. There isn't any healing so guys just tend to die. I did okay in that tournament but only won a little DEC. Novice is hard as we are all equal and you can just have one guy in the wrong spot and lose.
