Today is a special situation, for no apparent reason, I feel the need to play Dark Souls, so, just because of that I want to start a series of the game and do my best to finish it, without any specific condition, I just wanted to finish Dark Souls and share it with you.

Unfortunately, a fatal error occurred during the recording and my voice was not captured correctly along with the gameplay, so just for this time, it will be more of an uncommented gameplay than anything else, I had quite a few problems to configure the OBS and not to hear all the external noise from the mic, so recording the mic with an online page I realized after recording that the recording quality was garbage, so I'll tell you more or less how was this first gameplay.

I started the game with the Wanderer class and as a gift I chose the master key, which is used to open certain locks ahead of time, this key is not very recommended in your first game, as it can cause you to go to areas you shouldn't explore yet, even so, I always choose the master key as my initial gift.


I commented during the opening cinematic that I've never understood too much of Dark Souls lore, despite having completed it almost twice, I've never gone looking for specific videos or spent 2 hours reading item descriptions, I will eventually, but I don't intend to lengthen the gameplays based on this.

After getting the initial equipment I had no problem with the boss at the beginning, mostly because it's a boss that only gets difficult the first time in most cases, once you get out of there and reach the Fire Link Sanctuary, is when the real adventure begins, when you get to the "open" world and you can start to shuffle your options.

Another thing I commented during the gameplay, is that the first time I played I went through the graveyard without having any idea that it's an area that, in a normal game, you shouldn't visit at first, as the enemies are quite strong despite not seeming so, I thought the game really was difficult, until I looked for a guide and it indicated that I should advance on the other side, this time, obviously I went where the game wants you to go first.

My goal in this first gameplay was to have some luck and get the Black Knight's sword that is in the Burgh of the Undead, the first of all, as it seems to me a very good sword to start, because with a few levels up you can gather the strength and dexterity needed to wield the sword properly.

Indeed, I was lucky and the Black Knight dropped their sword, with the weapon secured I went to face the next boss, the Tauro Demon, is an enemy that you can easily defeat if you manage to climb the tower and attack it from above several times, but even so, it killed me the first time throwing me into the void, I had to go back and beat the shit out of it on the second attempt.

After the Demon, I advanced to the second Black Knight, the one with the big sword, but this one somehow died alone, they just disappeared and released a titaine fragment and 800 souls, no sword this time, I would have liked to have both, but you can't have everything in this life, unfortunately.

I wanted to finish the gameplay facing one of the most representative bosses of the game, the ones that for many are the first big test of the game, the gargoyles, I only made an attempt and almost killed one of the two, when I failed, I preferred to leave it there to not lengthen more the gameplay, in the next part I'll take revenge without fail, this time with my voice, I hope.

Hoy es una situación especial, sin razón aparente, siento la necesidad de jugar Dark Souls, así que, solo por eso quiero empezar una serie del juego y hacer lo posible por terminarlo, sin ninguna condición en específico, solo quería terminar Dark Souls y compartirlo con ustedes.

Lamentablemente, ocurrió un error fatal durante la grabación y mi voz no se capturó correctamente junto al gameplay, así que solo por esta vez, será más un gameplay sin comentar que cualquier otra cosa, tuve bastantes problemas para configurar el OBS y que no se escuchara todo el ruido externo del micro, así que grabando el micro con una página online me di cuenta después de grabar que la calidad de grabación era una basura, así que les iré comentando más o menos cómo fue este primer gameplay.

Empecé el juego con la clase de Vagabundo y de regalo escogí la llave maestra, que sirve para abrir ciertas cerraduras antes de tiempo, esta llave no es muy recomendable en tu primera partida, ya que puede causar que vayas a zonas que no deberías explorar todavía, aún así, siempre escojo la llave maestra como mi regalo inicial.


Comentaba durante la cinemática inicial que nunca he entendido demasiado del lore de Dark Souls, ha pesar de haberlo completado casi dos veces, nunca me he puesto a buscar videos específicos o pasar 2 horas leyendo descripciones de objetos, lo haré eventualmente, pero no tengo intenciones de alargar los gameplays en base a esto.

Luego de conseguir el equipo inicial no tuve ningún problema con el jefe del principio, mayormente porque es un jefe que solo se te dificulta la primera vez en la mayoría de los casos, una vez salimos de allí y llegamos al Santuario del Enlace de Fuego, es que empieza la verdadera aventura, cuando llegas al mundo “abierto” y puedes empezar a barajar tus opciones.

Otra cosa que comentaba durante el gameplay, es que la primera vez que jugué me fui por el cementerio sin tener idea de que es una zona que, en una partida normal, no deberías visitar al principio, pues los enemigos son bastante fuertes a pesar de no parecerlo, yo pensé que el juego realmente era difícil, hasta que busqué una guía e indicaba que debía avanzar por otro lado, en esta ocasión, obviamente me fui por donde el juego quiere que te vayas primero.

Mi objetivo en este primer gameplay era tener un poco de suerte y conseguir la espada del Caballero Negro que está en el Burgo de los No Muertos, el primero de todos, ya que me parece una muy buena espada para comenzar, ya que con subir unos pocos niveles puedes reunir la fuerza y destreza necesaria para blandir la espada correctamente.

Efectivamente, tuve suerte y el Cabellero Negro me soltó su espada, con el arma asegurada me fui a enfrentar al siguiente jefe, el Demonio de Tauros, es un enemigo que puedes derrotar fácilmente si logras subir a la torre y atacarlo desde arriba varias veces, pero aún así, me mató la primera vez tirándome al vacío, tocó regresar y romperle la madre en el segundo intento.

Después del demonio, avancé hasta el segundo Caballero Negro, el del espadón, pero este DE ALGUNA FORMA se murió solo, simplemente desapareció y soltó un fragmento de titaina aparte de 800 almas, no hubo espada esta vez, me habría gustado tener ambas, pero no se puede tener todo en esta vida, por desgracia.

Quería finalizar el gameplay enfrentando a uno de los jefes más representativos del juego, el que para muchos es la primera gran prueba del juego, las gárgolas, solo hice un intento y casi mato a una de las dos, al fracasar, preferí dejarlo ahí para no alargar más el gameplay, en la siguiente parte tocará cobrar venganza sin falta, esta vez con voz, espero.
