I've already told you about my experience with Monster Hunter, and as it's a franchise that has never hooked me, then I played Monster Hunter Rise, or rather, its demo, and I began to see things in a different way, I wanted to buy it honestly, but on the recommendation of a friend, and since it was cheaper, I decided to buy Monster Hunter World, this one had no demo, but I was told it was "superior in everything" to Rise, despite coming out earlier, since Rise is designed for Switch, and World requires more graphic muscle and in general has a bigger world, or that's what I was told.


So after icing the scar I got from having a kidney removed, I left the game downloading overnight and when I woke up it was all ready to play, and something I was especially looking forward to was something I couldn't do in the Rise demo, create my own character.

The MHW character creator is beautiful, it gives you many different options, from aesthetics to different voice tones, they also let you choose an initial armor, I preferred to go for the leather armor because I liked how it looked, very Fashion Souls everything, I emphasize that the game gives you a high level armor that you can use right then if you want, but it is a way to make the game easier, so it is preferable to have the normal progression experience, is to choose any of the others and then gradually improve.

All the equipment is organized by rarity, the higher the rarity, the better the item, the minimum is rarity 1, and the maximum, who knows, the highest I've seen so far is Rarity 7 and I'm pretty sure there's a lot of rarities ahead, each rarer than the last, duh, sounds silly but this kind of thing incentivizes me to keep playing, the mechanics of hunting and capturing monsters with the sole purpose of making you better equipment to go for even bigger monsters, is addictive.

I mean, yeah, all Monster Hunter games go about this, but as I say, it wasn't until now that, finally, thanks to Rise and World, I've managed to get hooked, I've been playing every day for the last week to a greater or lesser extent, and I've prepared a gameplay of some of my first missions in the game.

I didn't record the beginning, but the cinematic is about the character you just created, along with their troop, encountering a giant volcanic body that turned out to be a kind of giant dragon that has a giant mountain of lava on its back which you must go through looking for your partner Felyne, and the Handler, your partner who will manage your missions throughout the game, to then escape from there and get to the new world that you will spend the next hours of exploring.

Among all the available weapons, I decided to continue with the long sword, the only difference with Rise, is that here I was missing a very important move which I couldn't use until I bought the expansion of the game, Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, which adds many things which are completely out of my imagination, and which I won't investigate because I want to see them on my own as I unlock them.

In the gameplay I'm sharing with you, together with a friend of mine we were hunting some of the first enemies of the game, while she explained me some basic things because I basically passed by any tutorial in order to start playing, and that's it, at the beginning we tried to capture a monster that we ended up killing accidentally, then I went one on one against a Jyoratodus, so that Kiara came to assist me in the middle, then we went against two Anjanath, and we finished with the main event of the game, a completely epic *arm wrestling tournament*.

Monster Hunter World graphically is beautiful, and although I'm just starting the monsters that I find seem more and more imposing, bigger and bigger, with more spikes, so I appreciate having the opportunity, unlike the Monster Hunter I've tried throughout my life, to play in multiplayer, which by the way, the life of the monster adapts to the number of players in the game, so the fact of being two, three, or four people doesn't necessarily make it easier, it's still a challenge and that honestly makes it interesting.


This is just the beginning of my experience in Monster Hunter World, and I can only tell you that it's going to be a few months full of interesting days hunting monsters every time I have some free time, or at least I hope so, without further ado, thank you very much for watching the gameplay, I hope you liked it.

Ya les he comentado mi experiencia con Monster Hunter, y como es una franquicia que nunca me ha enganchado, luego jugué Monster Hunter Rise, o mejor dicho, su demo, y empecé a ver las cosas de una forma diferente, quería comprarlo honestamente, pero bajo recomendación de una amiga, y ya que era más barato, decidí comprar Monster Hunter World, este no tenía demo, pero me dijeron que era “superior en todo” al Rise, a pesar de salir antes, ya que el Rise está diseñado para Switch, y el World requiere mayor músculo gráfico y en general tiene un mundo más grande, o eso es lo que me dijeron.


Así que luego de ponerme hielo en la cicatriz que me quedó cuando me saqué un riñón, dejé el juego descargando durante la noche y ya cuando desperté estaba todo listo para jugar, y algo que me hacía especial ilusión era algo que no pude hacer en la demo de Rise, crear mi propio personaje.

El creador de personajes de MHW es precioso, te de muchas opciones diferentes, desde estéticas hasta diferentes tonos de voz, también te dejan escoger una armadura inicial, yo preferí irme por la de cuero pues me gustaba como se veía, muy Fashion Souls todo, destaco que el juego te da una armadura de nivel alto que puedes usar justo en ese momento si quieres, pero es una forma de hacerte más sencillo el juego, así que lo preferible para tener la experiencia de progresión normal, es escoger cualquiera de las otras y ya luego ir mejorando poco a poco.

Todo el equipamiento se organiza por rarezas, a mayor rareza, mejor el objeto, lo mínimo es rareza 1, y el máximo, ¿quién sabe?, lo más alto que he visto hasta el momento es Rareza 7 y tengo bastante seguridad de que queda un montón de rarezas por delante, cada una más rara que la anterior, duh, suena tonto pero este tipo de cosas me incentivan a seguir jugando, la mecánica de cazar y capturar monstruos con el único objetivo de hacerte mejor equipo para ir por monstruos aún más grandes, es adictiva.

Que sí, que todos los Monster Hunter van de esto, pero como digo, no fue hasta ahora que, finalmente, gracias a Rise y a World, he logrado engancharme, llevo la última semana jugando todos los días en mayor o menor medida, y les he preparado un gameplay de algunas de mis primeras misiones en el juego.

No grabé el inicio, pero la cinemática va de el personaje que acabas de crear, junto a su tropa, encontrándose con un cuerpo volcánico gigante que resultó ser una especie de dragón gigante que tiene una montaña gigante de lava en la espalda el cual debes recorrer buscando a tu compañero Felyne, y a la encargada, tu compañera la cual administrará tus misiones a lo largo del juego, para luego de eso escapar de allí y llegar al nuevo mundo que pasaras las siguientes horas de explorando.

Entre todas las armas disponibles, decidí continuar con la espada larga, la única diferencia con el Rise, es que aquí me faltaba un movimiento muy importante el cual no podía usar hasta comprar la expansión del juego, Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, que añade muchas cosas las cuales están completamente fuera de mi imaginación, y las cuales no investigaré pues quiero verlas por mi cuenta conforme las vaya desbloqueando.

En el gameplay que preparé, junto a una amiga estuvimos cazando a algunos de los primeros enemigos del juego, mientras me explicaba algunas cosas básicas pues básicamente pasé de largo cualquier tutorial con tal de empezar a jugar, y ya, al inicio intentamos capturar a un monstruo que terminamos matando accidentalmente, luego pasé a enfrentarme uno contra uno contra un Jyoratodus, para que Kiara llegara a asistirme a la mitad, luego fuimos contra dos Anjanath, y terminamos con el evento principal del juego, un completamente épico *torneo de pulso*.

Monster Hunter World gráficamente es precioso, y aunque apenas estoy empezando ya los monstruos que me encuentro me parecen más y más imponentes, cada vez más grandes, con más púas, así que agradezco tener la oportunidad de, a diferencia de los Monster Hunter que he probado a lo largo de mi vida, poder jugar en multijugador, que por cierto, la vida del monstruo se adapta al número de jugadores en partida, así que el hecho de ser dos, tres, o cuatro personas no necesariamente lo hace más fácil, sigue siendo un reto y eso honestamente lo hace interesante.


Esto es solo el inicio de mi experiencia en Monster Hunter World, y solo puedo decirles que van a ser unos meses llenos de días interesantes cazando monstruos cada vez que tenga un rato libre, o al menos eso espero, sin más, muchas gracias por ver el gameplay, espero les haya gustado.
