The game is Visage and it's a psychological horror game. It is pretty clearly inspired by P.T. (at least in my opinion). I usually don't like these types of games but I decided to just go for it and scare myself to death anyways. The game starts with a pretty creepy scene as you'll see in the video and then it just gets worse from there. You are in a house walking around just waiting for something to jump out at you pretty much.
