Su nombre es Gabriel Runke, quien llevaba alrededor de 2 meses entrenando por su cuenta, hasta ahora que se ha dirigido a mí en búsqueda de ayuda, espero que su constancia y disciplina sea longeva para guiarlo y motivarlo a formar parte del ecosistema de Hive en algún momento. Si me otorga su autorización, quizá en algunos de los próximos videos aparezca en cámaras compartiendo su progreso.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Respecto al contenido de hoy, se trata de unos ejercicios a los que también podemos llamarle progresiones para desbloquear uno de los logros mas importantes en el mundo de la calistenia, se trata del “Muscle Up Limpio” también conocido como “Muscle Up Estricto”. El muscle up es uno de los ejercicios mas completos de la calistenia, al ser un ejercicio compuesto, permite la activación de múltiples grupos musculares, entre los cuales destacan: los dorsales, los bíceps, los pectorales, los hombros, los tríceps y los abdominales. La mayoría de las personas que tienen una buena construcción física, aprendiendo la técnica principal, pueden sacarlo rápido, incluso hacer unos cuantos, pero cuando se trata de una ejecución pulcra y estricta, es un objetivo más avanzado.</div>

Yo soy @stypaternina y me complace contribuir a la mejora y progreso de todo aquel atleta de la comunidad que lo necesite.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Como siempre les digo, no olviden hacer el estiramiento y acondicionamiento físico previo para obtener un mejor rendimiento y evitar posibles lesiones a la hora de ejecutar alguno de los ejercicios. Este entrenamiento está diseñado para atletas de nivel intermedio que aspiran evolucionar un poco más, por lo que pueden trabajar las repeticiones y las series dentro del rango establecido de cada ejercicio, como les he mostrado en el video. Lo que puede variar es el descanso, que puede ser de 90 segundos a 3 minutos como máximo, según la demanda que les haga el ejercicio.</div>

 <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">As I always tell you, do not forget to do the previous stretching and physical conditioning to get a better performance and avoid possible injuries when executing any of the exercises. This workout is designed for intermediate athletes who aspire to evolve a little more, so you can work the repetitions and sets within the established range of each exercise, as I have shown you in the video. What can vary is the rest, which can be from 90 seconds to 3 minutes maximum, depending on the demand of the exercise.</div>

Saludos Hermano! en efecto, todo este tiempo he ido trabajando poco a poco con los muchachos en las cosas que están a nuestro alcance, y la barra ha sido una de ellas. No ha sido fácil en vista de que es por autogestión, por eso es que el proceso es lento.

El único detalle con la barra es que solo podemos hacer básicos, debido al diámetro del tubo que es muy grueso y representa un peligro para el agarre en freestyle, pero por el momento, es lo que hay, y si miramos al pasado, estamos mejor que antes, por lo que el esfuerzo ha valido la pena.
