All we have gotten so far is a 4 page summary from Attorney General William Barr who has explained that no collusion was found between Trump and the Russian government. Trump was already on TV bragging that the report has fully exonerated him, which I highly doubt. Until we are able to read the full report it is impossible to know what Mueller's conclusion are.
