Hola hola! espero que se encuentren muy bien por mi parte me encuentro dándole seguimiento a este divertido reto el cual estoy a poco de culminar, me preguntan si soy optimista o pesimista y creo que todos ya sabemos esta respuesta jajaja aun así no quita el hecho de que en algunas ocasiones suelo ser muy pesimista por que me dejo llevar por los malos pensamientos, pero luego me animo y recuerdo lo mucho que me he esforzado para lograr lo que tengo y que no debo desistir sino persistir, así que mencionare 3 cualidades que me hacen ser una persona optimista!

<strong>1| Soy realista:</strong> A ver soñar no cuesta nada pero para hacer esos sueños reales se trata de un trabajo duro, un esfuerzo por conseguir ese sueño no todo llega fácil o cae del cielo, cuando luchamos por lo que queremos podemos lograr cosas increíbles.

<strong>1| I'm a realist:</strong> Dreaming doesn't cost anything but to make those dreams real it takes hard work, an effort to achieve that dream, not everything comes easy or falls from the sky, when we fight for what we want we can achieve incredible things.

<strong>2| Se auto-motivarme:</strong> Cuando me siento triste o desanimada se encontrar la manera de quitar esos sentimientos de mi para volver a pensar de manera positiva, lograr esto me costo muchos años pero estoy feliz de poder auto motivarme y salir de los estados tristes que se me presenten.

<strong>2| I know how to self-motivate myself:</strong> When I feel sad or discouraged I can find a way to get those feelings out of me and get back to thinking positively, it took me many years to achieve this but I am happy to be able to self-motivate myself and get out of the sad states that come my way.

<strong>3| Disfruto del presente:</strong> Antes era una persona que pensaba mucho en el pasado cuando es algo que ya paso, sucedió y dejo las enseñanzas que tuvo que dejar, me concentro en disfrutar y enfocarme en lo que puedo hacer ahora para construir mi futuro

<strong>3| I enjoy the present:</strong> I used to be a person who thought a lot about the past when it is something that has already happened, happened and left the lessons it had to leave, I concentrate on enjoying and focusing on what I can do now to build my future.
