Hola chicos! Espero que estén muy bien y que su día haya sido maravilloso, yo me encuentro excelente gracias a Dios, feliz de poder compartir con ustedes mi cena saludable de hoy, como lo he mencionado antes estoy desde hace ya 2 años cambiando mi estilo o manera de comer, buscando métodos mas sanos y sabrosos, soy de las que opina que para comer saludable no hace falta comer comidas insípidas o sin sabores ricos, al contrario, he descubierto que se puede comer muy delicioso y sano al mismo tiempo, mi cena de hoy es un claro ejemplo de ello, a continuación les muestro el paso a paso de su preparación:

Lo primero que hice fue lavar y picar mis vegetales, la cebolla en cuadritos, el tomate y el pimentón los corte en tiras, como ven en la foto el pan que utilice es artesanal.

Para esta receta utilice dos pechugas grandes de pollo las cuales pique en tiras y condimente con sal, pimienta, salsa de ajo y curry molido.

En una sartén antiadherente añadí unas cucharaditas de aceite de coco para cocinar, luego agregue los vegetales, deje que sofrieran un poco y luego los tape para que el vapor terminara de cocinarlos junto al pollo, déjenme decirles que esta cena estuvo totalmente exquisita, fue todo un placer cenar así, a mi familia le encanto y lo mejor de todo es que es muy saludable, de hecho si quieren hacérsela a sus niños solo deben de picar los vegetales mas pequeños, espero que les haya gustado, feliz día a todos!.
