¡Hola hivers de todo el mundo! Espero que estén muy bien y que tengan un excelente inicio de semana, primeramente sé que estamos de celebración porque estamos de aniversario, nuestra quería plataforma cumple tres años así que toca celebrar!, hoy quise hacer una de mis recetas favoritas ya que la rutina que realizamos hoy en el gym fue de piernas, se recomienda consumir carne para que el músculo crezca más, debo admitir que soy team pollo pero encuentre la mejor forma de consumir carne para mí, pues así me parece muy sabrosa y no quiero dejar de comerla jajaja, solo es cuestión de mezclar la carne con los vegetales de tu preferencia y obtendrás un sabor más fuerte y sabroso, aquí les muestro como hice mi almuerzo de hoy, saludable y sabroso por supuesto:

En un bol añadí la carne molida, luego agregue la cebolla blanca y el pimentón rojo picado en cuadros pequeños, normalmente agregaría un ají pero no tenía a la mano, también le agregue un poquito de salsa inglesa, para darle más sabor a la carne.

Para condimentar la carne utilicé sal de ajo con perejil, sal y pimienta negra molida, el secreto está en ser generosa con la sal de ajo y perejil, créanme que le da un sabor muy bueno a la carne, mezcle todo y procedí a realizar hamburguesitas de carne, a mí me gusta de esa manera pero ustedes pueden darle la forma que deseen.

En una sartén antiadherente añadí un poquito de mantequilla, con la finalidad de dorar la carne por fuera y añadir un sabor extra, a fuego medio cociné la carne hasta notar que estaba totalmente cocida.

Como acompañante decidí realizar un puré cremoso de papas y brócoli hervido, para hacer el puré super cremoso suelo agregar un poquito de mantequilla y leche descremada a las papas recién hervidas, al unir y pisar todo se crea un cremoso puré, por último una pizca de sal y listo! Solo queda emplatar y disfrutar de este rico almuerzo, como mencione al comienzo es de los que más amo hacer y disfrutar me parece exquisito su sabor y lo mejor de todo es que es saludable, gracias por leer y brindarme su apoyo, feliz día!.
