Hola!! Como están? espero que muy bien, ayer por la mañana salí de compras al mercado de verduras y entre muchas solo traje tomate a casa. debo confesarles que no era una chica amante de las verduras jajaja

Desde muy pequeña me costaba consumir alimentos, mis padres me tenían en control con médicos y suplementos alimenticios, fui creciendo y nunca comida ensaladas ni nada que tuviera algo color verde, fui creciendo y los problemas de salud comenzaron a dominar mi vida así que por obligación decidí empezar a consumir algunos vegetales, graciosamente me termino gustando jajaja este el caso del tomate, ahora lo consumo a diario y es una de mis verduras favoritas

El tomate, no sólo mejora considerablemente el sabor de cualquier guiso o combinación de ingredientes, además aporta muchos beneficios para la salud que deberíamos conocer así que te mencionare algunos que quizás no tenias idea

Protege la vista por que contiene vitamina A

Cuida de nuestra piel gracias a sus grandes propiedades antioxidantes, es un remedio natural contra el envejecimiento, cuidado de nuestra piel, pelo y dientes

Evita el estreñimiento y es diurético ya que contiene  contiene potasio y bajos niveles de sodio, lo cual evita la retención de líquidos y lo mejor de todo es rico en licopeno un antioxidante más potente que la vitamina E

Mi desayuno de hoy, que viva la gastronomía venezolana !

Aprovechando estos ricos tomates frescos decidí preparar como desayuno un delicioso perico

<strong>Ingredientes:</strong>

Cebolla

Tomate

Huevos

Aceite ( solo un poco )

Yo lo realizo de la siguiente manera, caliento el sarten anti-adherente con el poquito de aceite, luego agrego los tomates, lo hago así por que me gusta que mi perico quede de color rosado para eso hecho el tomate primero y así suelta todo su jugo, después la cebolla y por ultimo los huevos, puedes comerlo con lo que quieras, en realidad es un buen relleno para todo, pero tipicamente en mi país se come con una buena arepa y un rico café jajaja

Onion

Tomato

Eggs

Oil ( just a little )

I do it in the following way, I heat the non-stick frying pan with the little bit of oil, then I add the tomatoes, I do it this way because I like my perico to be pink, for that first the tomato is made and  it releases all its juice, then the onion and finally the eggs, you can eat it with whatever you want, actually it is a good filling for everything, but typically in my country it is eaten with a good arepa and a nice coffee hahaha
