Primero lave los vegetales y los fui picando, la cebolla y el repollo morado los pique al azar pero el pimentón lo deje en tiras para que su color también resaltara en el pollo

Cuando note que la cebolla estaba cristalizándose agregue el pollo, la salsa de soya, salsa de ajo y la sal, lo moví todo muy bien a fuero medio bajo deje que se fuera cocinando, regrese varias veces para moverlo y así conseguir que el pollo absorbiera la mayor cantidad de sabor, quedo sumamente delicioso los invito nuevamente a intentarlo en casa!
